From a Family Restaurant to a Premier Resort

Elnimo's Place Resort began as a humble family-owned restaurant in San Juan, Batangas — a place where locals gathered for good food and great company. Over the years, driven by the growing demand for leisure and accommodation in the area, the owners expanded the property to include swimming pools, cottages, and comfortable rooms.

Today, Elnimo's Place is one of the most beloved resort destinations in San Juan, Batangas. During peak summer seasons, the resort welcomes between 700 to 1,000 visitors per day — families creating lasting memories, couples celebrating milestones, and groups of friends enjoying the best of Batangas.

Our mission is simple: to provide every guest with a safe, clean, and enjoyable resort experience at an affordable price. We are committed to continuous improvement — and this intelligent resort management system is part of that commitment.

What We Offer

Elnimo's Place Resort is more than just a pool. We operate 16 cottages of different sizes and styles — from open cottages good for large barkada groups to cozy nipa and fruit-themed huts perfect for families. For bigger celebrations, we also offer 3 pavilions that can host parties, reunions, and special events with videoke and space for up to 40 guests. And if you'd like to stay longer, we have 11 rooms to choose from, ranging from cozy couple rooms to spacious family and barkada rooms that can sleep up to 25 people.

Operational standards enforced strictly to keep our community secure and clean.

PROTECTED PROPERTY

Ground Directives

Pet Control Policy: Allowed but must be tied down on a handheld leash system at all times.
Mandatory Cottage: Gathering groups consisting of 3 or more visitors must lease an open cottage.
Aquatic Rules: Diving, high-jumping, and running are strictly prohibited around pool wet borders.
Weapons Curfew: Illegal drugs, explosives, and sharp objects are completely banned from entries.
Sound Limit Policy: High-volume videoke modules or sound amplifiers must be completely turned off by 10:00 PM.

Food, Attire & Sanitation

Zero Corkage Fees: Visitors are absolutely free to bring their own pre-cooked meal packages.
Wet Boundary Restriction: Eating foods or taking drinks inside or directly near the pool perimeter is banned.
Cooking Allocations: Strictly barred inside rooms. Raw foods must be prepared inside outdoor grill bays.
Swimwear Code: Proper swimming suits are required. Garments with sharp metallic zippers or keys are disallowed.
Sanitation Protocol: A standard physical rinse-shower is requested before climbing into pool depths.

Management reserves the absolute right to evict anyone refusing compliance with resort safety protocols.
